Resilient Teams in Practice: 6-Week Series
This 6-week team learning experience helps groups move from understanding the We Are Resilient™ approach to actively practicing it together. Through six coach-led sessions, typically 60 minutes each, teams build resilience through guided reflection, shared learning, and real-world application. Participants strengthen the habits, language, and skills that support healthier communication, stronger relationships, and more effective teamwork, especially during seasons of stress, change, or high demand.
