Move from assumptions to understanding. See the patterns that may be shaping leadership, relationships, and how the work gets done.

WHEN ASSESSMENT CAN HELP

Sometimes the Challenge Is Knowing What’s Really Going On

You may know something needs attention without having a shared picture of what’s creating the friction. Assessment can help move a leader or team from assumptions toward clearer information about the patterns shaping how people work together.

Feedback Doesn’t Match

A leader’s view of their impact may be different from how colleagues, direct reports, or others experience them.

The Team Feels Stuck

Something isn’t working, but people have different explanations for what’s happening or where the difficulty begins.

The Same Patterns Keep Returning

Communication, conflict, trust, or accountability issues improve for a while and then begin showing up again.

Change Is Adding Pressure

Growth, restructuring, new leadership, technology, or uncertainty is changing how people communicate, collaborate, and respond.

You Want to Strengthen What Already Works

Assessment isn’t only for teams in crisis. It can also help strong leaders and teams understand existing strengths and where there is room to grow.

You Need a Better Starting Point

Before investing in coaching, training, or broader organizational support, you want clearer information about where attention may matter most.

Assessment doesn’t make the decision for you. It gives you better information for deciding what comes next.

TWO WAYS TO SEE MORE CLEARLY

Choose the Perspective That Fits the Question You’re Asking

One assessment looks more closely at leadership. The other looks at the patterns shaping a team. Both are designed to create greater awareness—not to reduce people or relationships to a score.

FOR INDIVIDUAL LEADERS

Leadership 360 Resilience Assessment

Understand how a leader sees their own strengths and patterns—and how the people around them may experience their leadership differently.

A USEFUL QUESTION TO START WITH

“How am I showing up as a leader, and where might my impact differ from my intention?”

The leader completes a self-assessment while supervisors, peers, direct reports, and other colleagues can provide confidential feedback. Bringing those perspectives together can reveal areas of alignment as well as differences worth exploring.

  • Leadership strengths
  • Communication patterns
  • Differences between intention and impact
  • Potential blind spots
  • Patterns that may emerge under stress
  • Areas for continued leadership development
Best for: Leaders who want a broader view of how their leadership, communication, and resilience are experienced by others.

FOR TEAMS

Comprehensive Team Assessment

Build a clearer picture of the strengths, patterns, and friction affecting how a team communicates, collaborates, builds trust, and works together.

A USEFUL QUESTION TO START WITH

“What is helping—or getting in the way of—how this team works together?”

Feedback from across the team helps create a shared picture of how people are experiencing communication, collaboration, trust, accountability, and resilience within the group.

Each participant also receives an individual Personal Resilience Report, connecting the team picture with greater awareness of their own patterns and resilience.

  • Communication patterns
  • Collaboration
  • Trust
  • Accountability
  • Team strengths
  • Sources of friction
  • Individual resilience patterns
Best for: Teams that want a more complete understanding of what’s supporting their work together—and where greater attention may be useful.

NOT SURE WHICH PERSPECTIVE YOU NEED?

Start With What You’re Trying to Understand.

You don’t need to choose an assessment before reaching out. Tell us what you’re noticing and what questions you’re trying to answer, and we can help determine whether a leadership assessment, team assessment, or another kind of support makes the most sense.

Schedule a Conversation

FROM FEEDBACK TO UNDERSTANDING

Assessment Is the Beginning of the Conversation, Not the End

The purpose of assessment is not to hand someone a score and walk away. It is to gather useful perspectives, notice patterns, make meaning of what emerges, and use that understanding to guide thoughtful next steps.

GATHER

Bring Together Multiple Perspectives

Depending on the assessment, people reflect on their own experience and may also provide confidential feedback about leadership, team dynamics, communication, and resilience.

SEE THE PATTERNS

Turn Individual Responses Into a Clearer Picture

Results help surface strengths, differences in perspective, recurring patterns, and areas that may deserve closer attention.

MAKE MEANING

Explore What the Information May Be Telling You

Rather than treating results as a grade, we use them as a starting point for Curiosity—looking at what stands out, what surprises you, and what may be important to understand more deeply.

CHOOSE WHAT COMES NEXT

Decide Where Attention May Be Most Useful

Findings can help inform coaching, team learning, leadership development, facilitated conversations, or broader organizational action.

AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

Assessment Is About Understanding Patterns, Not Labeling People

The goal is not to identify who is “the problem” or reduce people to a score. Assessment helps create a clearer picture of the human infrastructure underneath how people lead, communicate, respond under stress, build trust, and work together.

WHAT A CLEARER PICTURE MAKES POSSIBLE

Insight Matters Most When It Helps You Decide What to Do Next

An assessment cannot change a team or leader on its own. Its value comes from helping people see more clearly, have better conversations, and make more intentional choices about where attention and support may be useful.

SEE MORE CLEARLY

More Focused Conversations

Move beyond general concerns like “communication isn’t working” toward specific patterns, experiences, and differences in perspective that people can actually explore together.

FOCUS DEVELOPMENT

Better-Targeted Support

Identify where coaching, training, leadership development, team practice, or facilitated conversation may have the greatest value instead of assuming everyone needs the same thing.

BUILD SHARED UNDERSTANDING

A Stronger Starting Point

Give leaders and teams information they can examine together, creating a more useful starting point than relying only on assumptions, individual impressions, or the loudest voice in the room.

CHOOSE INTENTIONALLY

More Informed Next Steps

Decide what to strengthen, what to continue watching, and where relationships, team practices, leadership, or broader organizational conditions may also need attention.

FROM INDIVIDUAL INSIGHT TO HUMAN INFRASTRUCTURE

The goal isn’t simply to know more. It’s to use what you learn to make more intentional choices about leadership, relationships, team practices, and the human infrastructure underneath how work gets done.

CHOOSE THE LEVEL OF SUPPORT

Start With Insight. Add Support Where It’s Useful.

You may simply want a clearer picture of what’s happening, or you may want support making sense of what you learn and putting it into practice. Our options are designed to flex based on who is participating and what you want to do with the results.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ASSESSMENT

What to Know Before You Begin

Assessment works best when people understand why it is being used, what information it can provide, and what will happen with the results. Here are some of the questions organizations often ask before getting started.

Which assessment is right for us?

It depends on the question you’re trying to answer.

The Leadership 360 Resilience Assessment is designed for an individual leader who wants a broader understanding of how their leadership, communication, and resilience may be experienced by others.

The Comprehensive Team Assessment looks across a team to help surface patterns related to communication, collaboration, trust, accountability, resilience, strengths, and areas of friction.

If you’re not sure which perspective would be most useful, start by telling us what you’re noticing. We can help you determine whether assessment—or another kind of support—is the best starting point.

Does a team need to be struggling to benefit from an assessment?

No. Assessment can be useful when something clearly isn’t working, but it can also help healthy teams and leaders better understand what is already working well and where there may be opportunities to strengthen their practices.

You don’t need to wait for conflict, burnout, or disconnection to become a crisis before becoming more curious about the patterns shaping how people work together.

How is confidentiality handled?

Confidentiality matters, particularly when people are being asked to provide candid feedback. Leadership 360 feedback from colleagues is collected confidentially so participants can contribute their perspective without the process becoming about identifying individual responses.

Before an assessment begins, we clarify who will participate, what information is being collected, how results will be compiled, and how findings will be shared so expectations are clear from the start.

Who provides feedback for a Leadership 360?

The leader completes a self-assessment and feedback can also come from people who experience their leadership in different ways. Depending on the role, that may include a supervisor, peers, direct reports, or cross-functional colleagues.

The goal is to bring together multiple perspectives so the leader can explore both areas of alignment and places where intention and impact may be experienced differently.

What do participants receive with the Comprehensive Team Assessment?

The assessment creates a broader picture of the patterns influencing how the team communicates, collaborates, builds trust, navigates accountability, and works together.

Each participant also receives an individual Personal Resilience Report, helping connect what is happening at the team level with greater awareness of their own resilience and patterns under stress.

Can we purchase an assessment without coaching or training?

Yes. Assessment can stand on its own if you already have the internal capacity to work with the results and decide what comes next.

Coaching, facilitated interpretation, training, and other support can be added when useful. You do not have to commit to a larger engagement in order to begin with assessment.

Can assessment results help shape coaching or training?

Yes. One of the benefits of assessment is that it can help make development more focused.

Instead of assuming every leader or team needs the same support, findings can help identify the patterns, skills, conversations, or areas of practice that may deserve greater attention. Coaching or training can then be designed around what is actually emerging.

Is this a performance evaluation?

No. Our assessments are designed as tools for reflection, awareness, learning, and development—not as formal performance evaluations or a way to determine who is “the problem.”

The purpose is to create useful information that can support curiosity, conversation, skill-building, and more intentional choices about what to strengthen next.

Have a question that isn’t answered here? You don’t need to understand every detail of the assessment process before reaching out. Start with what you’re trying to understand.

NOT SURE WHERE TO BEGIN?

Start With the Question You’re Trying to Answer

You don’t need to know which assessment or level of support is right before reaching out. Tell us what you’re noticing—within a leadership role, a team, or across your organization—and we can help determine whether assessment would give you useful information for what comes next.

A clearer picture won’t make the decisions for you. It can help you make them with greater understanding, intention, and choice.
