It helps teams build awareness of the human infrastructure that shapes communication, trust, and effectiveness, while laying the foundation for genuine buy-in and future skill-building.

Building Resilient Teams: Core Concepts & Practical Skills
This half-day training offers a deeper overview of the core concepts of the We Are Resilient™ approach while giving participants practical experience with all six Centering Skills. Teams leave with a stronger understanding of stress, resilience, and team dynamics, along with clear ways to begin using these skills in the workplace right away.

Building Stronger Teams: Connecting and Collaborating Skills
Designed as the next step after Building Resilient Teams, this interactive training helps teams deepen the Connecting and Collaborating Skills that strengthen trust, communication, and day-to-day teamwork. Participants build on their shared foundation and leave with practical ways to reduce friction, improve collaboration, and support healthier team dynamics in the workplace.

Resilient Teams in Practice: 6-Week Series
This 6-week team learning experience is designed to help groups move from understanding the We Are Resilient™ approach to actively practicing it together. Meeting for one hour each week, teams build resilience through guided reflection, shared learning, and real-world application. Participants strengthen the habits, language, and skills that support healthier communication, stronger relationships, and more effective teamwork, especially during seasons of stress, change, or high demand.
